  1. How can I get registered?

Step 1: Fill our online form, read all terms and conditions and summit necessary documents via e-mail.
Step 2: Wait for the confirmation text message from EDUCAST
Step 3: Deposit registration charges (details to be provided)
Step 4: Wait for the call.

  1. What is the registration fee and how can I deposit registration fee?

Registration fee for Online tuitions is Rs 500. You can deposit registration fee by following means:
Through: Easy Paisa/MobiCash (information to be updated soon)
Don’t forget to make a confirmation call on 0300 8259933 after depositing the amount with the merchant. Or visit our office with registration fee and necessary documents:

  1. Where do I submit my documents?

These documents include:

  1. Scanned copy of your CNIC/identity card (both sides) / Passport in case you are a foreign citizen.
  2. Scanned copy of your last passed out qualification.
  3. Recent two or more photographs
  4. C.V.

Our team will review your form and documents and if you are selected you will receive a confirmation text message on the number you have provided in the form.

  1. How much charges do I have to pay for getting registered as EDUCAST online tutor ?

This will be assessed by our evaluators, and will be informed on case to case basis.

  1. Can I ask for a refund of my registration fee?

Registration fee is non-refundable. However, it is refundable if the Educast fails to provide any inquiry to the Online tutor within 45 days. In this case, Online tutor can ask for a refund after 45 days. In case even one inquiry is referred to the Online tutor, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.

  1. How much will I get paid?

Fee for Online tuitions is decided with the mutual consent of the EDUCAST and the tutor. It can be some where around per month 35,000 – 50,000

  1. How will I get paid?

Home tutors are paid via Easy Paisa, Bank or by making a visit to our office.

  1. Can I decide days and timing of my own liking with the student?

Yes, Online tutors are free to decide days/week and timing of their own liking with consent of the student.

  1. Will I be held responsible in case a student fails in his exams?

It depends on your overall performance. If you have given your best input and have kept parents updated on the progress of the student, you won’t be held responsible by EDUCAST or parents for that matter. However, if you have not been punctual or failed to honor the commitment you made (such as commitment to cover the course in due time period), then you will be held responsible and EDUCAST holds the right to suspend the home tutor in this case for an indefinite time period.

  1. I need only one tuition. Do I still have to get registered?

Yes, even you need only one tuition you still have to follow the full registration process and pay full registration fee.

  1. Will I receive commission if I refer any home tuition?

Yes, we offer 15% of the commission received by EDUCAST to the tutor who refers any tuition. This commission is only paid in first month once the month ends. For example, if a tutor refers a tuition which is finalized in Rs 5000/month. So the commission that tutor will get will be 30% of Rs 5000 which is Rs 750.

  1. Which tools will I need for online tutoring/What are the requirements for online tutoring?

Professional online tutors use graphic tablet, sometimes also called pen tablet. Graphic tablet can be easily bought in the market.

This graphic tablet is used with the help of EDUCAST learning Platfrom. Apart from graphic tablet, online tutor must also have a good internet connection, good audio reception, working headphones/speakers and uninterrupted power supply.

  1. How will I get USA certification ?

The process of USA online teacher certification is, that all selected teachers will have option to sign a bond for 1 year minimum, then they will be provided training by USA faculty and certificate of online teacher through the department of education, State of New Hampshire, USA. The cost of this training shall be deducted from the payment to be made to teacher during their job of teaching at Educast over period of 6 months.
